Currently, a good news came from the Personnel Office of Anhui Province that the National Human Resources and Social Security has recently released the (2009) 22nd file notice which announced the General Manager Mr. Cao Renxian has named as the specialist who enjoys the special allowance of the State Council, and enjoys the provincial government special allowance at the same time.
