Wu Bangguo Visited SUNGROW

July 6, the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau Standing Committee of the NPC Standing Committee Chairman Wu Bangguo was accompanied with the NPC Standing Committee Vice Chairman, the Secretary-General Li Jianguo, Chairman of the NPC Law Committee, Hu Kangsheng, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee Act Works Lee appointed in due course, Financial and Economic Committee Chairman Shi Xiushi, Vice Chairman, Environment and Resources Protection Committee Chairman Wang Guangtao, Deputy Secretary-General of the NPC Standing Committee, Chairman of Sun Wei, Director of the Office, Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee, Vice Chairman of Liu Zhenwei, Anhui Provincial CPC Committee Secretary Wang Jinshan, the Provincial Governor Wang Sanyun, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Hefei Province Secretary Sun Jinlong, to visit Sungrow Power Supply to investigate the autonomy and legislation of New Energy industry in Hefei.


Our General Manager Cao Renxian, on behalf of the Sungrow Power Supply, showed our warmest welcome for Mr. Wu’s visit.

In the show room, Mr. Cao has introduced and reported the following issues:

· the latest development of Sungrow’s photovotalic and wind products;

·the latest local and international development situation of photovoltaic and wind market;

·2MW wind converter and 100kW grid-connected photovoltaic inverter;

· technical capabilities of smart-grid and energy storage;

· feed-in tariff policy;

Mr. Wu listened carefully and has exchanged his constructive suggestions in terms of technical issues with our Mr. Cao.

Mr. We was highly-appreciated of the self-innovative capabilities of Sungrow and highly-recognized Sungrow’s self-developed leading technologies in PV/wind power products. He also expressed he care very much of the development of China new energy industry and very confident about the development in future.

Mr. Wu highlighted that wind power and solar power in China has shown robust growth. The soul of the "Renewable Energy Law" is the feed-in tariff, financial subsidies and, bill sharing.  We, therefore, must, to have a good implementation of this law. This is a long-lasting sustainable policy if we can implement the feed-in tariff seriously. In the future, we have pay more attention to the green economy and low-carbon economic development, focusing in the adjustment of industrial structure, pay close eye to on renewable energy are the vital factors affecting the development of energy. We must vigorously develop new energy and smart grid, and prepare innovative backup technologies for our future.

 

Mr. Wu stressed that the development of low-carbon economy and new energy and promotion of energy-saving and emission reduction technologies, are the internal essentials to realize scientific development concept and maintain sustainable development. It’s also the key factors to tackle climate change and participating in the international competition. In addition, it’s critical direction for adjusting structure and upgrading industries. For the coming meeting to be held in Copenhagen, it will bring massive support and better developing space for the global new energy market. We must seize the merging market of the low-carbon industry, and accelerate the development of solar, wind and other renewable energies, to speed up the smart grid, new energy and innovative technologies, to urge the development of building energy-saving policies.

 

Our General Manager, Mr. Cao, Mr Wu’s visit shows the supports from the Government on Sungrow and the renewable energy industry. This is the huge encouragement to Sungrow and we will insist on our core concept of development: clean and effective. We will specialize in the technologies of power conversion of renewable energy, invest further more resources on innovative R&D. We will do our best to make more contributions to the renewable energy industry.
