2009 National Solar Energy Standard Tech Conf. In Hefei
"2009 Annual Conference of National Solar Energy Standard Technique committee and Proseminar of PV power Plant System Design" was held with ceremony in Hefei, which was fronted for National Solar Energy Standard Technique committee and undertaken by Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd. About 150 experts and leaders from National Solar Energy Standard Technique committee, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Chinese Renewable Energy Society, Anhui Science & Technology Department and Hefei Science & Technology and other experts and enterprisers from many leading enterprise in PV area in China attended the meeting.
The participating experts and leaders analysed and entered into the solar energy developing foreground and the facing problem; discussed ardently the standard system and execution in solar area; censored earnest and strictly some standards. In the conference, they all considered quickening standardization and perfection of solar technique standard can not only help to guarantee and standardize the quality of products, but also be propitious to standardize the market access of overseas congeneric products. The government and industry charge department will expedite foundation and perfection of technique standard and supervision system of this area, and upgrade some enterprise standard with great affect to national standard; and increase the support and leading to solar application market; emphasize support of products and enterprises with advanced technique specification and credible capability.
In the conference, experts and leaders communicated with each about design, technique and connection of the power plant in experience and technic. Mr. Zhongying WANG, the superintendent assistant of Energy Source of National Development and Reform Commission, Prof. Zhengming ZHAO, vice director of electric power system national key laboratory of Tsinghua University, Prof. Rongqiang CUI of SJTU and authoritative experts from China Electric Power Research Institute, State Grid Electric Power Research Institute, Shanghai Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd., Suntech, Sungrow all offered the brilliant special reports.
After conference, experts and leaders visited PV inverters production line in Sungrow Production base in high spirits, and viewed and emulated the 500kW BIPV grid-tied power plant invested and founded by Sungrow and Reseach Base. They gave the high estimate for Sungrow inverters with advanced technique and reliable ascendant capacity, and the experience of professional precise PV power plant design and system intergration.
The conference was consummation, further standardized the techinique standard and system in solar area, filled up the blank of PV power generation standard in China and further clarified the direction of development and application of technique standard of PV products, standardize the market competition rules, and must play an important role in accelerating and promoting the coming big development of renewable energy.
